Jenalyn is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in biology and nursing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. Over the past 12 years, she’s gained extensive experience working in medical surgical units, traveling to various hospitals across Western NY.

Jenalyn is now bringing her expertise to the world of aesthetics, where she’s excited to combine nursing skills with her passion in beauty and wellness. With a patient centered approach, she’s committed to helping others feel confident and look their best.  Her experience is in cosmetic injectables, IV hydration therapy, weight loss, and vitamin therapy.

Mona Patel Gandhi, PharmD

Executive Director of Operations and Clinical Research

Mona earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and brings over two decades of experience in healthcare, clinical education, pharmaceutical leadership, and evidence-based research to Vitalize Medical and Aesthetics. As Executive Director, Mona helps oversee daily operations, supports the clinical team, and ensures each patient experience is organized, thoughtful, and aligned with Vitalize’s high standard of care.

Prior to joining Vitalize, Mona served as an Associate Professor with a focus on women’s health, clinical trial analysis, and the application of evidence-based data to patient care. Her background in academia, patient education, and practice management gives her a well-rounded perspective and allows her to help connect the clinical and operational sides of the practice.

Mona is passionate about creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment where patients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their wellness journey.
