In 2012, a local urologist discovered that many men were suffering from hypogonadism and not receiving adequate treatment for low testosterone through conventional medicine. This realization led to the founding of Vitalize Medical and Aesthetics in Rochester, NY.
Since day one, our mission has been to help people feel better and optimize their health through hormone replacement therapy. We create individualized plans that set us apart from other providers. Recognizing the need for an effective weight loss program, we launched our service and were proudly voted “Best Weight Loss Center in Rochester.” Our comprehensive approach has enabled hundreds to lose weight, maintain their results, and adopt healthier lifestyles. Jamie Borelli
FNP-C
Jamie attended the University of Buffalo and graduated from St. John Fisher as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Jamie specializes in Cosmetic Injections and primarily performs IV Hydration Therapy services, PRP Hair Restoration, and PRP/PRF Cosmetic injections, along with other services at Vitalize Medical and Aesthetics. Jamie goes above and beyond to truly listen to and respect her patients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
As an engaged member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Jamie is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest advances in healthcare, ensuring she can offer comprehensive and cutting-edge care to all her patients.
Jamie resides in Greece, NY, with her husband, Anthony, and their son, CJ. Her family is her main source of inspiration, especially getting to see CJ learn and grow. Jamie enjoys traveling in her free time, especially to Italy, where she has some family.

Brittany Hart

Brittany attended St John Fisher University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019. She has a background working at Strong Memorial Hospital on the Burn Trauma Step Down unit since 2020. Due to her experience in a hospital setting, she has vast knowledge that can extend to our patients not only on the clinical side but also with her compassion and drive to provide exceptional medical attention and care. She is also a licensed nail technician and esthetician specializing in bridal makeup.
Brittany resides in Rochester, NY, with her fiancé and son, Leo. In Brittany’s free time, she loves spending time with her son, spending time outdoors, and traveling, preferably beachside. Brittany is driven to help people become the best version of themselves. This led her to join Vitalize Medical and Aesthetics – helping clients internally and externally feel their best.

Lacy attended the SUNY Brockport and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has a background in nurse care management and pre- and post-anesthesia with extensive experience with IVs. Her ultimate goal of helping others look and feel their best while building a rapport with patients is what led her to Vitalize Medical and Aesthetics. Her specialty is in IV Hydration/Vitamin Therapy and Weight Loss Management.
Lacy resides in Webster, NY, with her significant other, Adam. Lacy enjoys traveling in her free time, spending time on the water, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Jenalyn Daoreuang

Jenalyn is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in biology and nursing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. Over the past 12 years, she’s gained extensive experience working in medical surgical units, traveling to various hospitals across Western NY. Jenalyn is now bringing her expertise to the world of aesthetics, where she’s excited to combine nursing skills with her passion in beauty and wellness. With a patient centered approach, she’s committed to helping others feel confident and look their best.
Jenalyn resides in West Irondequoit, NY with her two children, Vance and Vera. Outside of work, Jenalyn enjoys spending time with family, working out, shopping and Starbucks.
